Skin Care Baby generally delivers your order in 5-7 business days.
EXPRESS SERVICE
Skin Care Baby generally delivers your order in 2 -3 business days. Certain products have special or separate shipping rates and/or delivery time frames. Skin Care Baby will explain when your order is processed. Certain heavier or oversized items may require additional costs to ship.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are placed using Skin Care Baby basic shipping fees. In order to finalize your shipment you maybe required to pay addition shipping fees for International shipping. You will receive a separate invoice for addition shipping fees. International shipments are sent USPS. Express and UPS can be request for an additional shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
Have confidence in ordering with Skincarebaby.com. We value you as a customer and we appreciate your business. Your 100% satisfaction is our primary goal. In the event that you need to return a product within 30 days from your date of purchase, you may return any unused products for a full refund and will be credited back to your credit card minus shipping charges. Please note we do not take used items back. Returns after 30 days from your date of purchase are not refundable. Contact us on our contact form to receive a return authorization form and further instructions for returns or exchanges.
DAMAGED GOODS, LOST PACKAGES & SHIPPING ERRORS
Skin Care Baby is NOT liable for products damaged during shipping or packages lost or mis-delivered by the freight carrier. Skin Care Baby will however file a claim on your behalf with the freight carrier. Reimbursement to you will be made when the carrier has issued a claim check to us. Returned Packages - if your order is returned to us by the freight carrier as "undeliverable" because you provided an incorrect or invalid address, you will be charged for any fee's the freight carrier assessed for returning the package. If you want your order re-shipped, freight charges apply again. If you do not want the order re-shipped, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT FORMS
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover credit cards. Your credit card is charged when your order is placed, not when your order is shipped. We also accept Pay Pal. We do accept Checks or Money Orders however payment must be received before product is sent out.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of an order and/or if we have NOT started processing your order. If we have started processing your order and/or if you request cancellation after 4 hours, regardless of the reason, a 25% cancellation/restocking fee will be charged.
DISCLAIMER
Due to the many different skin types and allergies (known or unknown), we assume NO liability if any adverse skin reactions occur while using Bath & Body products purchased from us. Tear Free - We have made every effort to keep the pH of our products balanced. We have tested our products on ourselves and our eyes did not burn. Our cosmetic biologist has conducted these same tests on herself. We have done ONLY human testing, however everyone has a different sensitivity level. We recommend ALWAYS using care with ANY product near eyes. Cover a child's eyes so soaps do not get in them.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Return shipping is paid by the customer, $15 re-stocking fee on gift sets, Authorization required on returns. Customer is refunded cost of product only NOT shipping and handling.
